Focused, thoughtful support for complex practice, workforce and organisational challenges — bringing together people, systems, evidence and what is happening on the ground.
Organisations and practice teams are being asked to respond to increasingly complex environments — changing expectations, workforce pressure, psychosocial risk, critical incidents, cultural and community needs, and the ongoing challenge of translating policy, evidence and standards into meaningful practice.
Often, the issue in front of us is only one part of a much larger picture.
My consultation work looks across people, practice and systems — helping individuals, teams and organisations understand what is happening, identify patterns and pressure points, and develop responses that are practical, ethical and sustainable.
A particular strength of my work is at the interface between policy and practice. I can move between what practitioners and clinicians are experiencing on the ground and the broader organisational questions of leadership, systems, governance, workforce capability and implementation.
Consultation may include:
The aim is not simply to produce another framework or recommendation, but to develop approaches that can be understood, used and sustained in the realities of practice.
Consultation can range from a focused advisory session through to short-term project, framework development, facilitation or ongoing advisory work.
Consultation is scoped around the nature of the work, the people involved and the level of input required.
Some work may be suited to a single focused session; other projects may involve facilitation, framework development, advisory input or a short series of engagements.
Fees are discussed transparently once the scope is clear, with project or day rates available where appropriate.
If you have a particular challenge, project or area of work in mind, get in touch and we can explore what support would be most useful.
Thank you and I will get back to you as soon as I am able.
