Leadership Coaching

A dedicated space to think, stretch and lead with greater clarity — navigating complexity, relationships, responsibility and change without losing sight of yourself.

For leaders, emerging leaders and senior professionals wanting dedicated space to strengthen how they lead.

Many of us move into leadership and management roles with limited training, little individualised support, and an expectation that we will simply work it out as we go.

The role can quickly become crowded with competing demands — people, decisions, administration, performance, politics, organisational culture, large portfolios and constant pressure from multiple directions. Alongside the practical demands is the deeper work of becoming a leader: working out how we want to lead, how we use authority, how we respond under pressure, and how we sustain ourselves while carrying responsibility for others.

For experienced leaders, the challenge can look different. Years of holding complexity, navigating systems and absorbing organisational pressure can become exhausting and isolating. It is possible to appear highly capable while privately feeling unsupported, disillusioned or increasingly depleted.

External leadership coaching can provide an anchor within that complexity — a place to step outside the organisational system, gain perspective, work through what is difficult, and reconnect with how you want to lead.

My approach is practical, engaged and in-depth, informed by a range of coaching, mentoring, reflective practice and leadership frameworks. The focus is both on the person and the context in which they are leading, with attention to sustainable leadership rather than simply increasing performance.

Coaching may focus on:

  • leadership identity, confidence and style
  • navigating complexity, change and uncertainty
  • difficult conversations and decision-making
  • relationships, influence and team dynamics
  • boundaries, role clarity and competing demands
  • organisational culture, politics and systems
  • sustainable leadership and wellbeing
  • career transition and next-step thinking

Leadership coaching can be ongoing, or structured around a particular goal, transition, challenge or period of change.

Working Together

Looking for a pace that allows time for depth, reflection and meaningful exploration — rather than trying to contain complex work within a rushed hour?

That’s exactly why my individual supervision and leadership coaching sessions are generally 75 minutes. It allows time to arrive, check in, explore what matters, and consider what you want to take back into your leadership.

Your investment: 75 minutes | $290

I believe access to quality supervision and coaching matters. A small number of reduced-fee places are available where cost would otherwise be a barrier. Please feel welcome to ask.

Extended sessions are also available where additional space would be useful.

If this work resonates with you, reach out and we can make a time to connect and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
